Personal trainer
As your personal trainer my role is to guide, teach and motivate you. I will assess you, establish your requirements, tailor a specific program, and continue to coach and monitor you. With a tailored training programme, your training sessions can be booked when and where you need them. Although your training is key, evaluation and monitoring is just as important.
You can either be trained 1 on 1 in a private environment, or get together with a group of friends. Sessions are structured to push you to give your absolute best, but still enjoy yourself. After all, you won't want to train if you can’t have fun in the process. Clients use my services to reduce body fat, gain weight/muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, alleviate stress, increase energy, rehabilitate from injury or illness, or improve general health. If you're just starting out I will teach you step-by-step, guiding you through the exercises to give you the skills needed to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you already exercise, but aren't achieving the results you had hoped for I can 'spice up' your fitness regime by adding variety to your exercise programme. Whether you're young or 'young at heart', a beginner or have worked out for years, the most effective way to achieve any fitness goal is to have a personal trainer guide, monitor and motivate you along the way.
